The hotel is quite comfortable but in a rather shady neighborhood. Close to a shopping mall and the metro. Breakfast is terrible.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I had an upset stomach after checking in, but it didn't get better the next morning, so they extended my check-out time, which was a relief.

The hotel front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. After a long and arduous process of exchanging money at the airport, I finally arrived at the hotel around 3 AM, only to realize I'd left my passport at the airport when I checked in. The male staff member not only calmed me down before checking me in, but also confirmed that my passport was indeed at the airport. The next morning after work, he offered to accompany me to the airport and do his utmost to retrieve it. Especially considering that many airport staff might ask for "rewards" for "helping," he ensured I didn't have to pay such a price (and didn't ask me to), this volunteer-like behavior greatly enhanced my impression of the Bangladeshi people. Of course, the hotel's facilities can't compare to a five-star hotel, but it's definitely worth the money. With such excellent staff, I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel.

Excellent hotel for reasonable money! I would like to separately mention the staff, very friendly and responsive to your requests, thank you guys! The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the prices are also normal! In general, a good hotel, book with confidence! 😉

This stay was great! As soon as you enter the room, the neat and clean environment will make you feel more favorable, and the details show the attentiveness. The hotel staff are also warm, thoughtful and polite. They respond quickly to everything from check-in at the front desk to daily inquiries, giving people a feeling of being at home. Especially Mr. Abir, the service was great. I sincerely recommend this hotel for traveling to Dhaka!
