It is very encouraging, when the guests appreciate the efforts taken by the team to ensure that our guests have a memorable time with us. As you have correctly mentioned further to the great food, it is a highlight from all the guests who dine in with us and they all share the same great feedback as yours, which we take pride in. To address the points related to the pool and sauna, we do follow a strict pool cleaning routine to manitain its cleanliness, especially checking the water PH levels once a week. Sauna and the steam is for self operable and use, nevertheless our team is available around the clock to assist any guests who requires assistance to use the facility. I would like to take this oppertunity to inform you that we will also be revamping the hotel rooms to give our guests a contemporary feel during their stay and the project to be started in the month of August.
