Drift Thelu Veliga Retreat

Siamo stati in questo resort per il nostro viaggio di nozze, ma purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative, anzi, è stata piuttosto deludente. Iniziamo dal cibo: la scelta era molto limitata. Ogni pasto sembrava ripetersi, senza particolari variazioni o piatti che si distinguessero. Per essere un resort alle Maldive ci aspettavamo un’offerta gastronomica molto più ricca e diversificata. Le camere erano piccole e un po' datate. La manutenzione generale lasciava a desiderare, con arredi che necessitano di un rinnovamento. Un altro punto dolente è stata la disorganizzazione nelle escursioni. Avevamo in programma alcune attività, ma non siamo riusciti a partecipare perché non c'erano abbastanza persone. Ci saremmo aspettati una gestione migliore, magari con soluzioni alternative o un minimo di flessibilità. Nel complesso, l'esperienza non è stata positiva. Ci sono sicuramente resort alle Maldive che offrono molto di più, sia in termini di servizio che di qualità. Purtroppo non possiamo consigliare questo resort, soprattutto per un’occasione speciale come una luna di miele.

We were at this resort for our honeymoon and I have to say that we didn't like the place. Beach villa room with sandbags next to it that you can't even find in a building site... food... a small buffet with just a couple of things and not of high quality. In the evening, it was deadly boring! We went to the diving center to go on excursions but since there were too few people they didn't organize anything! So much money wasted for us!!!!

What can I say, the week all in all passed us by! The sea and the colors are wonderful, unfortunately that was not enough to make our vacation unforgettable. Poor and repetitive buffet, an all inclusive that is not worth it! Moreover, the mini bar is not even included and we had to pay almost 8 dollars for a coke, a steal!! not to mention the sand bags on the beach to contain something... maybe we should have known when in the papers that the agency gave us we discovered that it was an Alpitour product, I'm sorry but in the Maldives there is much better. Not satisfied.

English: My boyfriend and I were at the resort at the end of August, beginning of September... first of all, the beach and sea were spectacular, nothing to say, unfortunately we can't say the same about the cleanliness of the room, which was asked to the person who looked after our room if he would provide us with toilet paper several times, a room with a floor full of sand was never cleaned, a very particular all-inclusive formula, at the main bar you could use drinks such as Coca Cola, Sprite, etc. but if we wanted to bring them to the room we couldn't because if we wanted Coca Cola or something else we had to take those in the mini bar, which were strictly paid for and not included in the all-inclusive treatment, an afternoon snack from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, where it was possible to take only one dish on the menu that varied according to the day of the week, which was absurd for me, and if you were 2 minutes late from 5:00 pm it was no longer possible to use the afternoon snack. The buffet for both lunch and dinner was always spicy and with very little choice for those who don't like spicy dishes and dishes from other cultures. We stayed in the overwater room, very nice and with a heavenly sea view. It's a shame for these inconveniences, otherwise it would have been an unforgettable stay...

Piccolo paradiso in terra con pochisssime persone. Durante il nostro soggiorno saremmo stati in 20 persone. Noi eravamo in una brace villa dal cui letto vedevamo lo splendido mare delle Maldive che potevamo raggiungere in meno di 30 passi! Io resort e' curato e molto grazioso; il personale è cortese e molto gioviale. Ottimo anche il cibo. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Küçük ama harika bir ada. Gerçekten yenileniyorsunuz tatil süresince zihin olarak. Personel fazlasıyla ilgili, mutfak ve şefler ***et başarılı. Odalar temiz ve konforlu. Bizimle ilgilenen resepsiyondan Maria ve şef garson Münir’e ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Essendo noi esperti subacquei avevamo chiesto a Turisanda di indicarci un resort con un diving center ben attrezzato ma quando siamo arrivati quello che abbiamo trovato era uno stanzino in uno stato pietoso senza possibilità di riporre l'attrezzatura in modo adeguato e le vasche per il lavaggio della stessa erano sporche e piene di formiche. La persona che avrebbe dovuto farci da guida per le immersioni ha fatto di tutto, con il suo scarso inglese, per scoraggiarci a farle ed abbiamo seriamente dubitato sulla sua professionalità tanto è vero che abbiamo rinunciato a farle. In poche parole non fidatevi assolutamente di quanto riportato sul sito web dell'hotel e se volete fare delle immersioni NON ANDATE in questo resort!!!!!!
