We were here for a number of days and we had a brilliant time. Reading other reviews I agree it is not the Ritz but we were made to feel extremely welcome. WiFi is great and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were brilliant especially Leila Limbu.

Well, I normally wait until I’ve returned home to write a review, but as I’ve had a very slow and poor service, on the very first day at this hotel! I decided to write the review whilst still at the hotel! I was furious at being discriminated!!!!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, AT NIGHT, WHEN ELECTRIC POWER GONE, NO GENERATOR FACILITY PROVIDE BY HOTEL WHEN U CALL FRONT DESK THEN STAFF SAY SOME ELECTRICAL SHORT IN LINE, BUT U GO DOWN THERE IS NO ELECTRICAL SHOT, ONLY THEY SAVE DIESEL, NO LIFT WORK ING,

Clean rooms with nicely working Air-conditioning. The hallways, the restaurant and the stairs are well taken care of. The members of the staff are friendly and responsive. The kitchen has a team of highly gifted people. A shout-out to the restaurant hosts! Gajur's service is indeed impeccable!

I statyed here as I was booked by the people inviting me. Its probably one of the good hotels in this small city but the rooms have no mini-fridge, no creamer (for tea/coffee) and regarding hot water, they want you to call 1 hour in advance - even then the water is just not very cold (but not hot water). Windows look out into the lobby - so you have to keep the curtains drawn. Basically a primitive setup.

For the area not a bad place, keep expectations low and you will be ok. The best thing going for the hotel is its wifi, bit of a mixed bag when it comes staff. Some seem genuinely happy to help you, whilst for others it seems like an inconvenience. Bodyswerve the american breakfast and stick with boiled eggs and toast.

Hotel are not up to the mark as per the budget highly recommended and appreciated staff must improve the hospitality most pathetic things we parked the car one of the staff came and told that our madam is coming so remove the car it’s was ambrasing movement for us we stay 2 night my experience is not good
