Horrible stay with family at cm hotel hoganekkal. No food available in restaurant. Power switched off for entire night with no ac and no diesel to run the genset. Please avoid such stays in this hotel

Often the current is gone and the tv is not working

Clean and well maintained room.

Lousy food worst hygiene and in one word “pathetic”. Will never ever book this hotel. Service staffs are not courteous and the moment we say booked through mm t they get more upset

Booked for one night stay at hogenakkal with family. Rooms were dirty and toilets were not clean. Even had cigarette buds used by previous occupant. Do not have proper parking space. Hygiene levels of the restaurant is like below zero. There is bar attached to the hotel and not at all suitable for a stay with family. If you are a bachelor may be these things won’t affect you. As safety of my family during after hours were quite important for me rather than money.

Hotel does not have proper room service. They demanded deposit amount for the stay. No proper restaurant and you need fight with them for free breakfast. They will not provide even towel, soap, drinking water during check in. It totally not up to the standard as per the description.

Hotel is neat. Restaurant does not have many vegetarian options. So we suffered. Front office staff are not courteous. Air conditioner did ot work at all

Book studio room after seeing pic But got disappointed as they provide different room and told the photo is old. Bathroom not clean. Bucket and mugs totally dirty. Horrible exp.
