We rested in nirili villa in May. What can I say: in general, we are very satisfied with the rest and thank the owner of this guest house and his staff! I'll tell you a little more. We got to the island in about 50 minutes by boat, which was agreed with the owner of the hotel. Yes, the island itself is not a resort, and this implies both pros and cons: the plus is that prices are clearly lower than on resort islands, there are fewer tourists, if you want peace, quiet, sun and sea, then you are here. The downsides are that the service, of course, is not the same as on the resort islands, you can swim in swimsuits only in the places designated for this, and another side of the island is quite cluttered, although you can still take a photo. The house itself is in good condition, we really liked the interior of the dining area. The rooms are modest, in general, there is everything you need, but I personally lacked at least some kind of high chair, and also keep in mind that we only had 4 towels in the room: two bath and two beach towels, you can do it, but we hung it up for hands separately their towel, which they took by a lucky chance from home. But they didn’t take soap, but it wasn’t there, which surprised us, we asked for soap from the staff, but I think that if you read this review, it’s better to take it with you :) otherwise there was a hairdryer, hangers, air conditioning in the room, decently working Wi-Fi, a kettle, glasses, water could always be taken from the refrigerator in the common area. The best beach of the island is one minute walk from the house - you can swim there in bathing suits and the water is clear, and the bottom is deep. In all other parts of the island it is too shallow, waist-deep at most. At the same time, some cool things like swings, inscriptions, etc. are installed everywhere to make your photos beautiful. There are also quite a few small grocery stores and a few souvenir shops on the island. The owner of the house and the staff are very polite and friendly, the only problem for me personally was that the owner of the hotel is fluent in English, but the local accent is quite difficult for the Russian ear, and sometimes it was difficult to communicate, but we coped :) We cleaned well, in the rooms it was clean, they asked if cleaning is needed every day. Cooking in the house is very tasty and quite varied, I think that any person will choose something for himself. But keep in mind that if they tell you that the curry will be a little bit spicy, then for you it will be such that your mouth will immediately burn :) , we etched them out of the room with a burning spiral, but in the dining room they still bit a lot, I ended up going there only in closed clothes. And be sure to apply sunscreen and the higher the spf, the better. All my life I have used 30 spf in Thailand, and in the Dominican Republic, and in Cape Verde, and I have never burned out anywhere, but in the Maldives there is some kind of crazy sun, and 30 spf is clearly not enough there! And it is better to take panthenol with you!
