入住體驗相當不好，安排的房間523由於馬桶是壞的，前台同意換一間入住，換的房間還沒有入住的房間好，我問其他有房間沒有，前台服務員説都沒有了，全都住了人的。我説那好我還住原來的房間，但我衹能給差評。結果不一會就叫我搬到隔壁房間521去，不是説一間都沒有了嗎？前台服務員這種態度實在不敢恭維，員工素質有待提高。
