Inizio con la pulizia..... non sanno nemmeno cosa vuol dire essere puliti in ascensore ci sono sghizzi di chi sa cosa sulle pareti al ristorante macchie al muro credo di vino per non parlare della qualità del cibo SCADENTE , ma il bello deve arrivare vado in camera per modo di dire camera un sottotetto che hanno ricavato una stanza faccio presente la cosa ma dicono siamo al completonpn era vero..... ma siccome ero li per lavoro e non vacanza vabbe cerco di fare la doccia ma l' acqua calda arriva dopo circa 10 min mah menomale che fa caldo fuori..... dopo 2 giorni faccio il ceck- out vado via e dopo circa 3 ore mi arriva un messaggio da chi mi aveva prenotato la camera dice do che in hotel avrei rubato 2 asciugamani ah dimenticavo nemmeno me li avevano messi ho usato il mio telo mare li ho richiamati dicendo come si sono permessi di fare una cosa simile ma la ragazza acidella di suo impassibile e senza dire scusa abbiamo sbagliato non se ne fregata , UN MIO CONSIGLIO STATE LONTANI DA QUESTI TRUFFANTINI APRITE GLI OCCHI CHE HANNO PIU HOTEL LI SULLA ZONA !!!! ADDIOSSS

A short summer vacation, spent at this hotel that we did not know. We had a very good time ... Kindness and helpfulness of the managers (Luca the Director is exceptional!) Make the holiday pleasant and relaxing. The location is excellent: close to the center (10 minutes on foot) and very close to the sea. Impeccable cleaning everywhere. The cuisine is fantastic, alternative dishes to please anyone ... The excellent coffee and rich breakfast both salty and sweet. We will be back !!!! 👍🏻

Siamo ritornati dopo un anno e abbiamo ritrovato con enorme piacere il nostro Luca gran punto di forza dell'hotel. Molto professionale e attento a tutto. Colazione impeccabile e punto a favore caffè non delle macchinette con la polvere come fanno anche in certi 4 stelle ma caffè Vergano. Il cappuccio di Luca sempre cremoso.... Camera grande molto pulita arredo moderno,quest'anno come novità apertura del bar per esterni puoi ordinare la pizza ,il gelato artigianale e tante novità. La piscina e la terrazza erano ancora chiuse ma sempre belle da vedere . Parcheggio presso la loro seconda struttura. Servizio spiaggia impeccabile. Struttura ristrutturata molto pulita e tutto il personale impeccabile. Ritorneremo presto. Consigliamo a tutti.

Mangiare non buono,cercano di usarti per mettere recensioni false con il tuo telefono state attenti,spiaggia vicino all'albergo,mentre il paese è distante dall albergo le camere sono fredde.il mare inizia molto profondo se invece camminate per un po trovate la marea bassa SCONSIGLIATO PER ANZIANI

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso questa struttura, ordinata, cucina ottima, personale qualificato e gentile, camere ottime, spiaggia a portata di mano, il direttore Luca molto educato e gentile, la proprietaria veramente gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente

It may also be because, as he defines himself, he is a jack of all trades, from table service to management, he does everything himself, he will sleep 4 hours a night. Justifying this with the impossibility of finding collaborators, because they prefer the basic income. One could also understand it, that is, we are full of problems, lately even more and there is something for everyone. So I believe, if one decides to take a vacation, perhaps even with difficulty, he would just like to get away from problems for those days, to have the illusion that they don't exist, a true hotelier knows this. But this is the ABC of the category, things that in this hotel they don't even know what it means. The hotel: As far as the environment is concerned, it is sad, it reflects the mood of the managers. Only rooms with beds without headboards and broken doors, the safety deposit box was there but it didn't work, rooms furnished with old and haphazardly combined furniture, always messy everywhere (it seems like entering a place where you are about to move house) . There is no parking, you have to find it, along the road behind the hotel, when you find it. Rooms some with air conditioning, others without and this should be a three star hotel. The staff: The staff is friendly, but hit and miss. The receptionist at check-in gave us the wrong room key twice and twice we found ourselves in other customers' rooms with all their stuff within our reach (we didn't touch anything, luckily they were honest people). The kitchen: The bad kitchen, I've never seen a restaurant serve dishes that should be hot, served cold; you know when you heat up the previous day's leftover in a hurry, that's even worse. The director who brings the dishes with the mask lowered on his chin, hamburgers served raw, table service order not respected, it's not that whoever comes first gets served first, it's random, without respect. A dinner or lunch can take away an unacceptable amount of time, to eat like crap. The breakfast: Even worse the buffet breakfast, a total disorganization, only one person has to take the orders and serve the things that are in the buffet, no cutlery, I had to eat ham and cheese with a spoon, too long to wait for it to come the only waiter to get the right cutlery, the cappuccino is the soluble one poured in two fingers of water, very bitter. There is only one sachet of sugar per person on each table, if you want another sachet of sugar you have to go to the bar department, because there are none in that room. Malgré la gentillesse de Luca nous sommes déçu car : la piscine n’est pas accessible, pas de climatisation dans la chambre (soit disant pour cause de Covid alors que nous avons passé d’autres nuits avec clim dans d’autres hôtels). L’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant (chambre sur la rue). Le nom de l’hôtel sur booking n’est pas le même et l’adresse différente. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais correct. Le rapport qualité prix est ok avec la promotion sinon ce serait beaucoup trop cher.
