Very good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that "Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?".

Hotel golden orchid is inf-act a very good hotel to stay. The rooms are clean, room service is wonderful. Parking is available. I have stayed in the hotel on 4 occasions till now.

1)first of all while check in. Waiting for long hours to get room 2)inside the room is clean no issues. But bodywash, handwash is not available
3) while check out. There is no reception available neither respond phone calls so another waiting for long hours to get check out bcz of no staff available on tym
