Pool and sauna broke down. Ice machine out of order. Breakfast was gravy slop. All low grade carb buffet . Never ever again!

We have 2 cats. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming to us and our cats.
Also, front desk staff was super helpful in apply our stay to the loyalty program.

The staff was so accomodating and friendly especially when we broke down and had to stay another night ... the girl at the front desk even asked her husband to come out in the bitter cold to help...i will definitely stay again in my travels

Very close to Interstate and nice Mexican restaurant across the street! We have stayed here several times. The pool has not been working for several visits and our toilet was clogged. I used the public restrooms and had no hand towels.
Staff is sitting looking at their phones behind the desk when we checked in and out.

The room was exceptionally clean and looked new. Wonderful and welcoming to our 2 dogs. Comfortable bed and pull out bed. Liked the layout of the room as well.

Side doors were not working for entrance. One of the dresser drawers wouldn’t close. Pool and hot tub were closed. Otherwise, stay was fine.
