Interesting parking lot decisions with some seriously steep slopes. Check in went well. Room was decent with plenty of places for storage. Bed was very worn out with a very deep groove making one side uncomfortable. Shower had a bath tub and okay water pressure. The room was in decent shape, Kitchenette was decently stocked and fridge worked well. Breakfast offered was good with plenty of availability. For the town this is a very nice hotel.

After spending the last 12 nights travelling from one hotel to another on a road trip, The Townplace Suites in Dickinson was a great choice. The suites were large, the kitchen functional and the beds great. The highlight was the exceptionally well managed breakfast area. It was immaculate and so well laid out. The choices of eggs, sausage and non-soggy breakfast sandwiches were complimented by oatmeal, waffles, fruits & breads. The breakfast area supervisor, Tammy, was engaging and helpful. Well done everyone.

The hide a bed had crumbs in it. Dishes were dirty, counters had sugar on it. Hot tub had Brown scum in a corner.

The hotel was nicer than i expected. The lady that works in the breakfast atea is very nice. Other than that the staff was not very friendly.
The hotel is outside of town so you have to travel to get anything.
I was impressed with the size of the room and the comfortable bed.

We booked our stay for the wrong date for $88 per night. The hotel graciously corrected this, but the nightly charge was $179! This hotel is worth the $88 NOT more! Our first room was filthy. Stains on kitchenette floor, dirt on carpeting and dust, hair and hair tie on bathroom floor. Jennifer, the manager, was very accommodating and moved us to a different room, which was fine. The Breakfast Champion was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was okay, not great.
