Thrilled. This might have been the best hotel for the price that I have ever stayed in. The only thing that makes me question my impression is that the night before I had stayed at Duluth Econolodge and Duluth Econolodge was absolutely awful so Suburban Studios might look amazing due to the competition. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and very nice. Put a smile on my face at the end of a long day. And was more than accommodating. There was a lot of noise late at night though. Someone was playing a stereo fairly loud Past 2:00 a.m.

Super polite staff, quiet, tidy, and clearly a great option if you needed a kitchenette type experience for more than a one night stay. I was just passing through for one night, the mattresses could have been better but can't complain for the price point!

It’s basic, but has a full fridge, stovetop, and coffee maker and black out shades. Perfect for folks working on the road, even night shift.
