Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. AMAAAZING My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊: La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away. La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer. Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

I had a very pleasant stay at Son Trang. It’s a small hotel (12 rooms) which is clean and well located. Five minutes walk to the ancient centre or the river. There is no pool or breakfast here. Wi-Fi was very fast, room decorated nicely , bed comfortable. The best thing about the place is the excellent staff who are friendly and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend it. Great value for money.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

Tôi đến Wink với gia đình, lần này là lần thứ 3 tôi đến đây. Phòng thì không rộng đâu nhưng nó vừa đủ để cho những ai chỉ có nhu cầu ngủ khi thuê khách sạn. Lần này tôi có sử dụng dịch vụ giặt sấy và thật bất ngờ khi view ở phòng giặt sấy rất là đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Đặc biệt cảm ơn Lucas khi cả 3 lần ở khách sạn của tôi đều là do Lucas checkin và hỗ trợ, tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì điều này

thoải mái khi ở đây, vị trí gần biển và chợ đêm rất tiện đi mua sắm, đi hơi mỏi chân tý nhưng không xa lắm, khách sạn phòng sup nhỏ nhưng bỏ thêm một chút tiền ở phòng có ban công thì tốt hơn, ăn sáng tạm ổn với đồ xào, FO Cảnh nhiêt tình giúp đỡ

Hotel rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The resort is very large and beautiful ^^ The staff are enthusiastic and friendly and take care of customers very well. After I got sick, the clinic next door came to take care of my medicine and orange juice and texted me to ask about my health even though I had left ^^ Thank u for making my trip enjoyable ^^ 💕🥰💕💕🥰 The breakfast buffet was delicious but Hong da is very diverse, I ate at Blend restaurant there, the food is delicious and the service is very attentive ^^

It was an outstanding experience of stay at NWHBR. We purely went by the reviews on trip.com and made the right decision of our stay at the beach resort. I would personally like to thank Guest relations officer Ms Kate,Lina and others in guest relations as they went beyond to accommodate our any requests. The service at the resort was outstanding and so much to do within the resort that you can spend the entire day or even the stay just at the resort and won't feel bored. Its a shame that we could not do Kayak due to bad weather but that gives a reason to visit and experience it next time.

It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana.
