We had to park in the parking lot across the road as the hotel parking lot was full. The hotel had given our room to someone else even though we booked weeks in advance and paid in full.

There was no indication when making my reservation for a fly & park that I was required to make a follow-up phone call directly to the hotel to finalize this special request; therefore, we now have to pay for long term parking at thee airport. I called other hotels & motels in the area offering the same service but they were booked. ******* and the hotel offered us no compensation for this situation. In my opinion, ******* could have contacted the motel on our behalf to negotiate an exception and allow us to fly & park.

The location was convenient for our activities.
Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, but finishings in the room were old and in need of repair/replacement - holes in the chair upholstery, pulls in the carpet, veneer chipped or missing on the furniture, the lamp shades were desperate and the spout in the bathtub was loose. The key card was hit or mis at our door and at the pool access.
Good selection for breakfast, but the toaster needs to be upgraded (very slow to toast) and at 6:10am there was not yet hot breakfast available and at 9:50am there was no hot breakfast left.
The pool area was great for kids - they loved the slide. It was clean and not overly chemical smelling.

First: we had a mouse in the room! After notifying the reception, they transferred us to another room but at a higher price than the one we had. We bought 4 bottles of water, which of course we were charged for!
The next day they told us that they had asked a pest control company to come to the hotel. No excuses, no discounts for the inconvenience! It’s well and truly over for us at this hotel!!
