Bayside Inn

A wonderful place to stay! Antiques everywhere. This has been a bed and breakfast for roughly 150 years and is so unique. From quiet sitting rooms, comfortable porch, beautiful views to the fabulous hostess….it was very nice. Comfortable beds and a home cooked breakfast!

We had a room with a view. Breakfast was great, with choices from cold to hot. The owner (sorry can't remember her name)was very helpful. She gave us a wide variety of things to do in the are. Clean comfortable room. We had a sitting area with a small table to play games however, there were many common areas to sit and relax if you didn't want to stay in your room. It is a quaint place with old-school charm

We absolutely adore this location. Our room offered a stunning view of the ocean, the owner went above and beyond by providing glasses for the eclipse, April, who prepared our breakfast, was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for activities in the area. We have been traveling through the maritimes for a week now, and this is by far our favorite spot!

Excellent location in downtown Digby area just across from the water. Great host and very comfortable room. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance from this location. Highly recommended. Felt like staying at home with the warm a**osphere.

The owner was excellent as was her breakfasts! The owner maintains this b and b as if it is her own home. I would definitely recommend this B and B to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay. I will definitely be going back when in Digby, NS!

Bayside Inn is a gem. It's a beautiful historic inn right on the waterfront. There's a gorgeous view of the Annapolis Basin and Digby fishing fleet out the windows of the front rooms. It's an easy 5 minute walk down the Main Street to restaurants and shops as well as the working wharf. You are also minutes from the highway so travelling to other communities for day trips is extremely easy. The inn itself is lovely with a variety of room sizes, antique style decor and modern conveniences like a microwave, fridge, kettle, etc available in an upstairs kitchenette. The rooms have tvs and fans and seating areas. The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows and warm blankets. Everything is cleaned daily and neat as a pin. Breakfast is cooked by Angela, the owner, and she is a great person to have a chat with and learn about the area. She is incredibly accommodating and friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

It was beautiful inside and out, the grounds and the lovely antiques and decor inside. The only thing is that it did not have any parking.
