The hotel was good infrastructure-wise. However, the facilities are very poor mainly in terms of cleanliness. Rooms were smelling of smoke and were full of dirt ***** with the quilt cover which had yellow stains. On complaining they changed it though. The dal fry ordered on day one was stale but on the second day was good. When we complained about it they said it's fine. The swimming pool had people getting in with non-synthetic clothes. Food charges were exorbitant for the price and not tasty.

My family and friends we often visit digha and mandarmani, but i must say i have not seen more rude employees than this property. It took 45 min for black coffee, and the swimming pool was dirty like a mud pool and closed on the other day. Waste of time, money and getting irritated all over the trip.

The hotel staff was friendly and took care of all our needs. The hotel is on the main road so conveyance was not an issue. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a nice and comfortable stay.

It was not at all good. Had to ask for every small mentioned amenities and facility. Be it towel spas or brush.
