Location not to sea view face. Long distance to see view. Food quality it's avarage. Not good. Cleaning process so late. Breakfast time not ready to food. Its so late timing. Water tape not working properly. Safty not working. I am not satisfy hotel rupkotha as per amount.

Please stay away from this hotel. I have stayed there for 2 days. The experience was very bad as bathroom was unclean and stinking. Water logging is there and most of things are broken or un repaired. But i must say food quality in their restaurant is very good.

Actually when i am booking. I saw there is sea view room. I had booked that one. But when i reached the property they give me non sea view room. I asked for sea view room they told me i didn't booked sea view room. But actually there is no sea view room.

The rooms were ok, but were quite unhygienic. The ac in of the rooms did not work as expected.

First of all for a hotel staff and service is important. But if you visit there you will find staffs are unprofessional and service is terrible. Bathroom fittings are broken and dirty. Rooms are very dirty. Let me come to the point that is food - it’s very pathetic by taste. Kindly try once again you have to take medicine after that that’s for sure. Firstly experienced such a pathetic food in entire digha area. In make my trip it’s showing 3 star property but after reaching their it’s found small lodges are far better than this hotel. Not at all recommended. After my review if you wanna experience then you are most welcome.
