I had a good rest thanks to the friendly reception staff!
The breakfast is delicious and the location of the accommodation is close to the city center, so restaurants and supermarkets are close by!

Bel immeuble ,accueil professionnel .Literie confortable espace exigu dans douche et toilettes réunies (espace Ibis donc) . Ménage bâclé , deux gobelets en carton pour dentifrice non renouvelés pendant les trois jours Lit non fait a quatorze heures 3O par deux fois ce qui est regrettable pour des clients a long séjour Gêne sonore du fait de travaux au marteau piqueur le dernier matin au petit déjeuner . Un point positif buffet petit déjeuner très complet :oeufs. brouillés et bacon chauds ce qui est un vrai miracle , personnel très attentif a renouveler les denrées manquantes Point très positif . le lieu d'accueil est fort exigu deux fauteuils ça fait chiche

Firstly, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was great. The madeleines, especially, were fantastic. All of the staff at the hotel were very helpful throughout. As other reviewers have said, there is currently building work ongoing to the facade of the hotel. Whilst I don’t really care about scaffolding on an inner city hotel, loud drilling started before 9AM - for a HOTEL, I don’t think this is acceptable. The room we were in didn’t have a safe/security box - which we found really strange (it was the only hotel in 10 we’ve stayed at which didn’t offer a safe). The en-suite didn’t have an extractor fan in it - which meant that odours and steam from the shower didn’t escape quickly. The air conditioning system didn’t work within the room - we had to go down to reception on both nights for reception to manually override and lower the temperature. Overall, a lot of issues (although fairly minor), and ultimately we slept okay and enjoyed our breakfasts - hence the 3/5 score.

La chambre attribuée était vraiment très petite pour 2 mais il a été possible de changer pour la deuxième nuit et le personnel de l accueil a été très aimable. L hôtel est bien situé. Cependant lors de notre départ nous avons oublié une tablette de lecture. Malgré plusieurs entretiens téléphoniques et mails impossible de savoir ce qu elle est devenue.... Peu de réactivité pour ce problème. D où notre déception et la note attribuée.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel et toujours satisfait: accueil sympathique, chambre vaste et confortable, très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Localisation parfaite en plein centre et une vraie personnalité pour cet hôtel qui sort du format habituel des Ibis. Un bémol quand même sur le tarif qui lui aussi sort des standards de la chaîne. Recommandé dans tous les cas.
