I had a good rest thanks to the friendly reception staff!
The breakfast is delicious and the location of the accommodation is close to the city center, so restaurants and supermarkets are close by!

La chambre attribuée était vraiment très petite pour 2 mais il a été possible de changer pour la deuxième nuit et le personnel de l accueil a été très aimable. L hôtel est bien situé. Cependant lors de notre départ nous avons oublié une tablette de lecture. Malgré plusieurs entretiens téléphoniques et mails impossible de savoir ce qu elle est devenue.... Peu de réactivité pour ce problème. D où notre déception et la note attribuée.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel et toujours satisfait: accueil sympathique, chambre vaste et confortable, très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Localisation parfaite en plein centre et une vraie personnalité pour cet hôtel qui sort du format habituel des Ibis. Un bémol quand même sur le tarif qui lui aussi sort des standards de la chaîne. Recommandé dans tous les cas.

Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir à 22h30. Le lit pour nos enfants n’était pas prêt. La personne de la réception a dû venir le faire sachant que ce n’est pas un simple clic clac à déplier. C’est un lit superposé qui se déplie donc avec les contraintes de faire un lit superposé.. Pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre, pas de coton ou kit d’hygiène à la réception. Pas de télécommande de télévision. Pas de drap sur le matelas du lit double, uniquement autour du surmatelas. Pour une chambre à 200€ la nuit, c’est limite! Sinon, bon emplacement de l’hôtel pour découvrir Dijon à pied. Bon petit déjeuner avec produits locaux. Pas de parking à l’hôtel mais parking public pour 11€ les 24h en face de l’hôtel

In 4 European trips have never had such degrading trea**ent from a Chef de reception. Julia turned all problems from payments(not accessible 3rd party), inclusions(out of date), faulty shower screen all my fault. Appalling Customer service.
