The hotel locates in the heart of Dijon, 10mins walk from Dijon Station, accessible to everything you needs. But as a hotel, it is really terrible, it just offers you a place to stay, no service, room is torn, bed is not clean and uncomfortable at all, they only provide two tiny bottles of shampoo, tat’s it. We can’t really fall into sleep in the first two nights as there are lots of noise outside the street. Oh btw, there are hairs left in the bathtub when we check-in the room. We will not revisit this horrible hotel any longer!

Idéalement situé au cœur de Dijon. Pas de parking dans l’hôtel, mais il y en a 2 (payants) à 2 min à pied. Personnel très sympathique, hôtel propre et bien décoré. Boissons offertes dans la salle commune en bas, jusqu’à une certaine heure.
Chambre spacieuse avec 2 lits simples pour nos ados, ce qui est un plus ! Jolie déco.
Il y a une kitchenette et une Nespresso dans la chambre.
SDB bien aménagée. Attention la baignoire est super haute, pas évident d’y rentrer et d’en sortir ! Le porte-papier WC était mal fixé (ainsi que le robinet dans la kitchenette) mais pas grave, tout le reste était en bon état.
Petit-déjeuner dans une salle trop petite, il y a des risques d’attente…Buffet petit et pas très varié, mais qualité correcte.

Check in is convoluted; because they insist on 3pm check-in, even though the room is ready, the result is a big queue, over crowding in a small lobby area. BTW, When you walk through the archway, there’s a big hole in the floor, watch your step.
Given they have until 3pm to clean, the room itself feels a bit grubby, for example, shaving debris/hairs all along the mirror edge in the bathroom, not very deluxe suite. No regular tea upstairs, only downstairs, no milk in the room.
Bed was comfortable.
The lounge downstairs is okay, only things in there are, sweets and cake, get something savoury in there.
My Mum become gravely ill whilst away, when I explained we’d be leaving a day early, the guy on the desk showed the empathy skills of a stone block.

Habitué des lieux, je séjourne dans cet hôtel plus de 30 nuits par an. L'accueil est toujours parfait, le souci de la satisfaction du client est permanent. Personnel attentionné, patron et patronne toujours présents, petit déjeuner riche et frais,bref, tout y est ! Si le paradis devait être un lieu m, ce serait cet hôtel ! Foncez !
