本人從沒發過評論，這次不得不寫：歐洲旅遊半個月，遊八國，大部分住同級別酒店，這家體驗最差的。當天氣温3~5度，我們3個房都在8樓，房間暖氣片不工作，空調很差，開了整完也上不到20度。洗澡和洗臉盆水放了半天始終不熱，無法洗澡，太晚了，也沒有去投訴，知道投訴也沒用，解決不了，也沒時間給他們解決，因為我們要睡覺了。早餐簡單也早有預期，但沒想到居然會有存放太久快爛的水果。更奇葩的是，早上 8點多正是退房的高峯期，居然在接待前台搞衞生，用吸塵機吸塵，既吵又不衞生。

In general a nice simple hotel that you’d expect from a Ibis hotel. Perhaps the only criticism id make is the menu for meals is rather limited and they don’t have room service.
