Awful service with management that just don't care. When challenging the unacceptable delay waiting for food the duty manager actually laughed about it and shrugged her shoulder. Her colleague on reception was extremely rude to guests and this hotel makes Basil Fawlty's treatment of guests look like outstanding service. Because it is mostly used as a transit stop overnight they work on the basis that most customers won't be repeat business. The coach I was travelling on was unfortunate enough to stop there en-route in both directions. I had a 45 minute wait for food and ended up shouting an announcement that my meal that night was going to be prison rations - bread and water. IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS RATING I WOULD.

La chambre ou j'étais dans le bâtiment de la réception et vieillotte ;la salle de bain était mal nettoyé et le plafond est écaillé au dessus de la douche .
Aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain et il faisait froid dans la chambre leur clim réversible ne chauffé pas bien.Petit déjeuner juste correct
Je ne reviendrais plus .

Not the best Kyriad that’s for sure! No lift, grumpy service, and we were told the restaurant was too full to eat. Won’t come back.

Our coach party stayed here twice, on the way to Spain and again on the way back. Small room but every facility including tea making essentials, and lovely hot shower. Situated in the building above Reception or the building across the courtyard. 2 coach loads at a time they coped quite well but definitely need 2 staff for checking in. Decent continental breakfast.

Store impossible à ouvrir donc séjour dans le noir. Douche à l’eau brûlante car impossible de régler l’eau. Restaurant infect, plats froids pas assaisonnés. Carte impossible à lire. Petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix.

The Restaurant was very good. For an European hotel it was good and meted our needs. It is close to Brgandy University which meted our needs.
