Days Inn by Wyndham Dilley

TV did not work and I was told due to bad weather. There wasn’t any bad weather or it would come on in 2 hours. I expected customer service someone to come and set it up correctly . Didn’t enjoy breakfast no hot tea and juices frozen.

After reading several good reviews of this hotel I booked 3 nights for an event nearby. The room was clean and decent, but that’s where the good stops. The hotel is right on Rt 35 and the noise from the highway is too much. The continental breakfast is awful. I requested room cleaning every day with the manager yet it was not done. At 6 in the evening the 2nd night there were two guys banging on my door claiming to be maintenance. I would not open the door telling them I did not request or need them. They claimed to need to change a shower valve. Nothing was wrong with the shower, maybe it was legit but who does that at 6 when the guest is occupying the room. The manager was off the whole weekend so I talked to the staff, who were nice, to relay my complaints to the manager and they agreed to do so and have him email me. Never heard from him. Better places to stay in Pearsal. This hotel sucks.

Check-in was quick, instead of being given directions to the room I had to ask. The staff was pleasant but the parking here is the worst I have ever experienced, lack of parking was the big drawback for me. I won't be staying here again.

Staff was very friendly and it’s a safe well lit hotel in the area

The lady at Front Desk was fast and friendly.

Nice place, however my chfvk in time was 45 minutes.

Very good. I'm guessing they may have been shorthanded that weekend because the person receiving us later was in laundry where they were accommodating with a couple of towels and soap. A little thing, but very good hot water. Will definitely stay again.
