Check-in on Sept. 24th. The person who checked me in did not see on her computer that I pre-paid online with Trip.com. I showed her the emails that Trip.com sent me but she still refused to accept it. She wrote down the information from the e-mail and said she'd give it to her manager. She insisted on me giving her a credit card ”to cover any damages”. The next day after I checked out I noticed my credit card was charged for the room. So they charged me even after I had paid Trip.com on Sept. 12. I loved the hotel but I am very unhappy about the way the check-in desk person handled this . Anyone would be unhappy if they were charged twice.
