The hotel overall is pretty good! It's also very quiet, and the facilities are OK, but the room is a little smaller, mainly compared with domestic ones, but it's OK in Europe! The breakfast is not bad, don't compare it with domestic four-star hotels. You have to make your own omelettes to make sure you have enough food and clothing! The hotel service is okay, the foreigners are very polite and always smile😊

I’d go again lovely staff, hotel in the most lovely position. We will return. Just a couple of small points if you like tea take your own tea bags they only give you one bag of each flavour tough if you have two English tea drinkers and come on mercure in this day and age you could put more than French channels on the tv 👍. One tip in the room they leave paper cups for the coffee but we picked up mugs from the bar.

Goede overnachting, ruime kamer, ontbijt voldoende. Toch een minpuntje. Bij onthaal werd er onmiddellijk een reservering op kredietkaart van 60 Euro genomen. Dit is niet logisch en niet klantvriendelijk. Alles was al vooruit betaald en als lid van All Accor heeft men al mijn gegevens.

Great hotel in a good location. Spacious rooms. Nice a**osphere. Miserable service. Unmotivated staff. The breakfast boy was constantly on his cell phone. Buffet empty... The worst is yet to come... The kitchen is closed. The food is delivered by an external company. Absolutely inedible ready-made food. Inflexible. Don't worry, there are lots of good restaurants just around the corner. But it's a real shame for the hotel.

Loved this hotel. Comfortable room with king size bed and little outdoor seating area. They have a great swimming pool and a big indoor hot tub we really enjoyed! There is also a wonderful bar area with outdoor seating overlooking the pretty river with boats parked or going by. So picturesque!
Stroll down the river a block or two and you come to the street going up onto the charming town. The street is cobblestoned and VERY steep but a free shuttle bus makes rounds periodically.
There are so many restaurants around and a bakery. More up into town.
The hotel breakfast has a big selection but you do everything yourself and it takes forever to figure it all out. At 18 euro I would skip it.
Parking was free at the hotel and there was plenty of it. The hotel is tucked away but is well signed so we had no problems finding it. The entry is on the side away from the parking lot. Can’t go in the back door.
Overall it is an excellent hotel in a beautiful location. We would certainly stay there again if we were lucky enough to return and met many people who came often.
