Our recent visit was our fourth visit to the hotel - recent modernisation in the public areas is very good but I think it's now time to give the bedrooms a good make-over as they are now getting a little tired - the setting of this hotel is superb and the staff very professional and attentive - the traditional restaurant is excellent and offers a lovely dining experience, and not overly expensive. We love this hotel and will definitely continue to stay here in the future !

Que dire de ce lieu si ce n’est Magnifique! Je suis ici avec un groupe de clients qui sont eux même ravis. Les travaux récemment réalisés embellissent encore plus cet hôtel. Les chambres sont parfaites et décorées avec goût. En plus l’ensemble du personnel de chambre du bar du restaurant et à la réception sont très à l’écoute des clients et d’une gentillesse irréprochable. Pour ce qui est du Chef au niveau restaurant c’est le top et les menus remplis d’originalités. Il y a même des huîtres sur le buffet du petit déjeuner. Je fréquente par mon métier pas mal de lieux mais pour un 4 étoiles je le classerai dans mes 3 premiers. J’irai peut être à dire le premier.

Hôtel parfait vue splendide accueil très agréable dommage que le prix soit …. À la hauteur !dommage aussi que les chambres avec cette vue soient côté nord et que du coup on ne puisse porter de la terrasse qu’en toute fin de journée. On ne peut pas tout avoir!!!!

Nous sommes venus l'an dernier pour la première fois. Déjà très bien ! Cette année, nous avons pu profiter des gros travaux effectués cet hiver. Tout était au top ! Décoration belle et reposante ! Thalasso intégralement refaite, très agréable ! Nouveau parcours marins intérieur et extérieur avec une vue magnifique ! Cure marine toujours aussi bien ! Les autres soins aussi y compris les nouveaux soins de la Maison Eméria ! Et tout le reste, restaurant, bar, accueil, gentillesse de tout le personnel. A refaire encore ! Merci !

Après deux nuits passées dans un environnement fabuleux , j’informe la réception que ma chambre n’a pas été nettoyée pendant ces trois donc plus de serviettes dispos et tout le reste , je passe donc à la réception pour solder mon séjour et j’en informe celui-ci qui me répond qu’il faut mettre l’étiquette à la poignée extérieur de la chambre pour que la femme de chambre intervienne car les chambres ne sont plus faites quotidiennement pour des raisons économiques , j’hallucine quand j’entend la réponse et lui rétorque que nous sommes dans un hôtel 4 étoiles , je lui signale également que le mini bar ne fonctionne pas . La ch1mbre est un nid à poussière de dingue et ultra bruyante , évitez toutes les 800 . Aucun geste commercial et le mec me demande froidement Simon séjour s’est bien passé . Dommage nous allons 4 à 5 fois par an dans cet établissement , la vue ne peut pas effacer tout . A bon entendeur
