Menu découverte à 100 Eu avec des amuses-bouches, 6 plats à découvrir, dont un agneau de pré -salé du Mt Saint-Michel ,le reste avec une composante majoritairement mer, plats très fins, très subtils à la hauteur de l’étoile du chef , un dessert , l’eau Nordaq pétillante a 6 Eu renouvelée gracieusement, le verre de vin a 16 Eu, l’expresso a 5 Eu . Une délicate attention au départ avec une pâtisserie par personne offerte en plus pour l’après midi à emporter !

We were lucky enough to stay at CASTELBRAC. The places are superb, the rooms very cozy and welcoming. The decor of the entire hotel is very successful: the exteriors (with special mention for the swimming pool!), the bar, the restaurant, everything is pretty and refined without being flashy. The restaurant is excellent! And the sommelier gave very good advice! We were also able to dine at the bar and on the terrace given the weather: very pleasant! Discreet but very efficient service. A dream weekend! We will come back ! THANKS

We stayed 2 nights at Castelbrac with unfortunately gloomy weather. When we arrived, we had a room with a bathtub, unfortunately it was not working. The solution proposed was to make a second bedroom available to us so that we could take a bath facing the sea, professionalism assured! We spent 2 wonderful days in this calm and serene hotel. We dined one evening at the “why not” restaurant, a unique experience where the dishes are matched with the wines and the staff takes care of you… After a trea**ent at the Spa we hit the road again and a very nice parting gift was given to us… A big thank you for the welcome, the services and the professionalism of this hotel team.

Memorable stay! We spent only one night there from March 9 to 10 with my partner, the starred meal included and breakfast too. An impeccable and very friendly welcome. We had a presentation of the place as well as the history of the hotel. A very comfortable room with a magnificent view, a fairly spacious terrace and a very pleasant bathroom. The meal was wonderful, no false notes for the flavors, quality service, nothing to say! The maids redid the room during our meal, leaving us fruit jellies, in short we were pampered by all the staff from start to finish! Breakfast was a real pleasure with quality products, nothing better to start a day! Thanks again to the whole team for this timeless stay which will be unforgettable :)

We had our first stay in the hotel. The welcome was excellent and we were also treated to a quick but very well explained historical tour. All the hotel teams were attentive and very professional. This is a beautiful luxury resort with gorgeous views across the harbor and close access to ferry to St. Malo or Cancale. Good walkable nearby places to eat. You must reserve the hotel restaurant way in advance; it is oh so well worth it.

We spent the evening of December 31st in this incredible place! Dinner was exceptional! Culinary perfection!!!
