I had booked to stay in this property on 27th August 2021 (Booked directly over phone and not through any booking site). We, Group of 6 pax, booked two rooms, one is with 2 double cot (4 Pax- Rs.1700/-) and another one is 1 double cot (2 Pax - Rs.1200/-) - but Room sizes are same. When took our booking, they said that having their own restaurant and can order food and eat as per our choice. As i had been in sirumalai 2 years back (stayed in other property) and well know that it is very hard to get food as no much restaurant in this village. I choosed this property as attached restaurant are there. Before going there i called them to pre-order our Lunch on 27th August 2021, but they said that cook is unavailable so requested us to carry food from Dindigul Town and we did the same. They confirmed us that Dinner and next day brekafast can avail in their restaurant. After check-in (around 12.15 pm) we once again asked and they confirmed that food will be well available for dinner and breakfast. We asked for Tea, they replied cook is on the way and will let us know once he comes, but he didn't. They Keep on say same story that cook is on the way to property but he never turned up. For Dinner, Again we forced to drive to a restaurant which is situated from 3 KM far away form this property. We are not at all interested to drive in the night especially in the very Narrow Ghat Road, but we forced to do so. There are no room boys to bring the food from outside. Luckily one of of our group member didnt consume alchocol, so we managed to get dinner, otherwise it would have been very terrible to get the dinner. In the night they promised that tomorrow onward there wont be any issue in getting food from their Restaurant. Next day morning we woke up around 6.,30 am, and tried to get Tea/Coffee but no is available in the Reception and Restaurant. We tried to go outside to get TEA but the Main gate were locked. We called the manager number and he said he is in dindigul and will ask the other guy to open the gate. We wait ed more than 45 minutes for a person to come and open the gate. As usual, they said cook is unavailable and asked us to have breakfast outside. We had plan to stay 2 nights, but we vacated and stayed in other property (LION RESORTS, SIRUMALAI). 1) It is not right property who do not wish to travel to get foods from outside and also no good restaurants are there nearyby. 2) It is very tough to reach receiption for any room service as there are no intercom. Have to go receipt in person every time and most of time no one is available in the reception. 3) No Room boys are available for any assistance. 4) They are not providing any Towels including other Toiletry items (Soap, shampoo, etc). Even they are not providing Drinking Water in the Rooms. 5) In the morning, you need to follow up with reception to get your room Geyser switched on by them. 6) Only good thing is that Rooms & Rest Room are very clean and nothing much
