差評 不是一般的差評，很少差評説實話，在這家酒店入住也算老顧客了今天正好有空想去游泳酒店告知泳池規定沒有泳帽不能下水，在海南玩過很多酒店唯獨這家酒店很死梗，三亞那麼多酒店瓊海那麼多網紅酒店都沒見過的死規定在這裏遇見了，第一酒店游泳的客人不多 不是對外公共泳池這種規定就很讓人不理解，而且附近也沒有什麼商店大老遠去買了套泳衣去泳衣大中午下午就退房了硬要你再去買個泳帽在給玩，體驗感極差，房間設施設備點評 淋雨噴頭壞的，衹能機器人也是壞的要開個空調還要起床去開很不智能化，服務，一大早老感覺有人在敲門，中午午休的時候服務員敲錯門情緒全來了，跟搞笑的前台13:40打電話催退，我有延遲權益14:00退 在你們家入住的記錄裏有15:00退？ 真的很不解，特別好笑 一項項一條條真的讓人五一小情緒紛湧而來， 你們先上產品要是告知使用泳池需要帶泳帽我可以理解，泳池服務員説每個網站都有標明，我還以為我瞎了我去看了確實沒有找客服投訴，這個價格我加十幾塊錢住維也納我都不受這種委屈， 差到極點

入住的是親子房房間的實施以及用品都很齊全帶小朋友也不會無聊還有小帳篷小朋友玩得很開心也不用擔心上個小學的小朋友跟家長擠一個床了，有一個單獨的小床前台的服務也很好，笑容滿滿的，衞生也很好，現在天氣也熱，還能帶小朋友去樓下的游泳池玩，真的體驗感拉滿小姐姐還很貼心的給我們做了延遲退房這樣的話，小朋友又能下去玩一會兒了☺️
