This was a truly excellent stay! The room had 24-hour oxygen supply, and the underfloor heating and humidifier were also fantastic. It's a really great hotel in Everest Town, highly recommended.

Oxygen is supplied 24/7, making it suitable for both Yangmingshan and Xindu. This is definitely the best hotel in Everest Town. Highly recommend it!

An incredibly reliable hotel at the foot of Mount Everest! The Vienna International Hotel (Classic Edition Everest Scenic Area Store) has excellent oxygen supply, spotless rooms, and warm, attentive service. It's conveniently located for travel and easy access to the base camp. The experience far exceeded my expectations; in short, it was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I was surprised to find such an excellent Vienna (hotel) in this location; it felt even better than some I've experienced inland. This should be a benchmark hotel for the ******* region. The service is great, the decor is lovely, and the location is perfect. Because of this, I decided to stay an extra day to rest up.

Accompanied my good friend to Mount Everest for another visit, and we still chose to stay at this Vienna International Hotel chain. The experience was great! My friend really loved the overall decor and layout, which felt modern and youthful. We slept very comfortably at night; the central humidifier kept the humidity just right. What truly deserves a shout-out is the oxygen supply: 4 outlets with pure, ample oxygen. We didn't experience any altitude sickness at all, feeling almost as if we were in Nyingchi. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully gave us two bottles of grape juice, which was a lovely touch!

When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and proactive. They offered glucose water upon check-in and patiently explained all the important details for visiting Mount Everest.
