沒有暖氣！沒有暖氣！沒有暖氣！房間又大，空調根本不行。提前跟老闆打電話確認過有暖氣才下的單，結果到了之後一摸暖氣片是涼的，打電話質問老闆，老闆説暖氣就是空調？更奇怪的是我有次走錯房間了拿房卡把隔壁的鎖刷開了？
