基礎設施不完善，冬天房間里居然沒有吹風機，其他相對來説還行，酒店比較老舊，前台服務態度特別差，忘記帶身份證，吐槽顧客幹嘛不準備好，現在住酒店都是付款寶認證，衹能説你們酒店設施不完善吧！還説為什麼不去住好點的酒店，我想問那你還開啥酒店，你應該也不缺這錢吧？？？自己不想上班就別上好吧，別影響別人心情？明明很好解決的問題，非要搞這死出？
