Ding Zhou International Hotel

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, especially the lobby manager. I came to Dingzhou to take an exam, and because the exam room was located in the same place, I specifically asked the front desk, who then contacted the manager, who contacted the relevant person in charge to confirm. It was really thoughtful. The hotel is newly renovated, so there was a slight smell in the room, but it didn't affect it! They gave me a fruit plate, and the service attitude must be praised. 👍 If I have the chance to come to Dingzhou in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Facilities: The rooms are very new, and the breakfast is quite good, which is quite good for a hotel in this price range. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with all disposable items available. Environment: Transportation is very convenient, with taxis frequently stopping at the hotel entrance, offering direct access to all the city attractions for around 6 yuan. Service: The service was excellent. I arrived at the hotel around 10 AM, and the front desk staff checked me in early because they saw there were rooms available. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Let's start with the positives. This is a large hotel in downtown Dingzhou. The lobby is spacious and bright, newly renovated, and relatively clean. The room barely smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were four free bottles of drinking water and welcome fruit. The air conditioning was very quiet. The large free parking lot was a plus, and breakfast included hot wontons and noodles. Next, the breakfast service was the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel, which was disappointing. During the May Day holiday, a peak travel season, the breakfast selection was limited, perhaps due to the fact that many of the dishes were empty. But at 8:30 a.m., the dining rush, how could they welcome guests with an empty table? The hotel gave me the impression that it wasn't prepared for so many guests. The breakfast service was slow, with a five-minute wait for a fried egg, and even the hot and cold dishes took ages to arrive. This belied the four-star rating and the price of over 400 yuan per night!

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. When they cleaned, they even gave us some fruit wrapped in plastic wrap. During the Dingzhou Marathon, the hotel gave us two free breakfast coupons, and we also gave us a small fruit set when we checked out. It was a truly worthwhile experience! Thank you to the people of Dingzhou for their hospitality! I achieved my PB for the Dingzhou Marathon!

I bought a package that included tickets to Kaiyuan Temple and Pagoda, and they gave me two tickets to Zhongshan's Han Tomb when I checked in. Normally, I wouldn't have bothered, but with a five-year-old, it's not convenient to visit such attractions. I had to talk to the waiter, who told me that the package was random and couldn't be specified. After showing them the order details, they reluctantly switched to tickets to Kaiyuan Temple and Pagoda. This is a newly renovated hotel, but the entire place smelled strongly. Even with the window open in the room, the smell was still strong and pungent, so I quickly walked outside for a while to get some fresh air. The "green basket" smell all night made my nose hurt. The bathroom door design is also very strange. The toilet and shower share the same door. Once closed, it's very difficult to open from the inside. You have to pry hard at the crack or reach in from the left. Breakfast is from 7 to 9. When I went at 8, there was almost nothing left. The kids scraped the bread and jam over and over, practically licking it. There was a long line at the noodle and wonton area, and after finally getting in, the wontons were gone. The gravy for the noodles was gone, too. The noodles were watery and had a piece of lettuce in a bland broth. There was no yogurt or milk to drink. I only had porridge. The restaurant is large, but the food isn't very good. Overall, I was very disappointed.

酒店在古城外一點多公里距景點不算遠，因為要逛古城基本都打車，我住的房間在12層，早上6:00非常吵，把孩子都吵醒了，給前台打電話開始是佔線，打通了，説是樓下結婚在客房也不知道幹什麼，前台服務員很不耐煩，回答問題都不帶抬頭的，周邊沒有什麼吃的地方可以，都是古城解決

金玉其外的酒店。設計有問題，大廳看着很高級，但是空間設計有問題，如果人聲稍微嘈雜些就會放大噪音，聲音悶在裏面。另外，前台是分開兩個，但是都很小，而且好像衹有一個正常運行。 最要命的設計是隔音問題，你能理解半夜12點收拾行李去一樓換房卡，再去新的房間睡覺的心情嗎。隔壁房間先是看一晚上球賽，然後十一點多還在聊天爭吵。沒辦法，洗漱完了睡不着，投訴後，衹能換房間。悲催啊，嚴重影響旅遊心情。 補充一下，我是沾枕頭就睡的人，對正常噪音並不敏感！ 前台基本沒服務，辦入住衹有一個小姑娘態度挺好，別的人都冷若冰霜。換房前前後後也沒任何一個人安撫一下，哪怕道歉都沒有。而且，我們自己拖鞋行李，大半夜上上下下。 當然，新房間景色不錯。圖一就是。
