Not good actually; not willing to provide cutlery, breakfast is boring. Everything too eco. No much customer service, no one will help you pick the heavy things. All staff just sit there watching you

Very beautiful hotel with a fantastic design. The car park also is very big which is convenient for travelling by car. Both the dinner and breakfast are excellent.

One of the best designed hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are large and very comfortable, with thoughtful design touches. The breakfast was superb, as was dinner in the restaurant. It is a very new hotel and there is a lot of construction taking place in the immediate area, but it did not impact the quality of our stay. The spa and pool are excellent, although clearer guidance needs to be given on what should or shouldn't be worn in the spa. Visitors unfamiliar with Spa etiquette would probably appreciate a more engaging and welcoming approach from the spa staff. All of the other. staff around the hotel were well trained and helpful.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, but many Spa guests do not care about the rules, being dressed in the sauna, taking cell phones in the sauna area and hotel seems not to care!
