1.Room was not clean
2.Not as per standard shown in photos
3.no toothbrush no tooth paste no shampoo tv connection was Loos not even fitted on wall no phone connection totally horrible waste of money.😡

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around nagoa beach and khodiyar beach. Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit palm. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you

The location of the hotel was the best.
Hotel staff was also good their behavior was also good.
The only problem in the hotel was that the rooms were small in which the full family could not stay The rest of the hotel and its staff were also full healthfully Thank you Hotel Palm

Rooms booked were very unhygienic and smelly. Washrooms were also not clean. Won’t book this hotel in future
