Overall experience was average considering the amount charged for the room is not worth it. 8k for 2 nights for a couple is not a value for the room state. Food is average. Location is good as it is walkable distance from the beach.

Less than 100m from the most beautiful beach in Maharashtra. Affordable prices. Breakfast included. Swimming pool. AC. Hot water. Nice mattress. Great restaurants in hotel and nearby. Beach has paragliding, quad biking, jet skis What more could you want!!

It's a very good hotel in the room theres a ac tv bed in the room and a pool and a pool table and a table tennis and football table and etc I recommend it very very good service and a restaurant in the hotel I can't describe it in words you should come to this hotel it's the best in the area

Overall a very good property to be with family/friends Pros: 1. Close to the beach as well as the famous khanawals (mess/food joints) 2. Responsive & Cordial staff 3. 24x7 hot water 4. Toddler friendly menu 5. Party friendly space available with BYOL & BYO speaker 6. Very good power backup 7. Comfortable stay despite incessant rains & long power cuts Cons: 1. Common toilet areas like pool & play area ones can be cleaner What to expect: 1. Expect power cuts due to the landscape 2. Basic toileteries only 3. Not too huge property 4. Nothing shiny & glamourous but clan 5. May want to carry your own bath towels All in all a wonderful space to spend time with family & friends & enjoy the Kokan vibes

We visited to coco hut resort on 18 Feb to 20 Feb 2021. Ambiance was nice. The staff is very supportive and caring. food quality is also great. tough we opted for Veg food it was a great quality. room was specious and clean. overall our experience was great. location of resort is very close to beach. very calm and peaceful ambiance. The resort is family friendly.
