Condition of the hotel is very good and very hygienic. For me and wife very important when it’s comes to towels, bedsheets and floor.

We usually stay at this hotel when we visit family in Diyarbakir. Its convenient because the room is big and we travel with a child. But this time the room was awfull it was dirty and it really need renovation. The door handle on the bedroomdoor was broken, but they fixed it the next day. Also the shower was broken. The hose was leaking and Suddenly the water could get burning hot, thats dangerous when a child is using the shower. There was fingermarks on the doors and the kitchen was super dirty, and i dont think its ever been cleaned under the sofa or bed. This is not good at all during covid-19. The duvet was broken and there was no duvet cover I bought a glas of red wine from the restaurant and it was served ice cold! Also there was dirt in the bottom of the glas. From now on we will choose another hotel when we visit our family in Diyarbakir. This was not a good stay at all.

This spacious apartment type stay was perfect for our family. The 2nd bedroom counts the living room too and the kitchen wasn’t a full kitchen- they had removed the sink which would have been very helpful to keep. The fridge was nice though.
Otherwise everything we needed was there and they came every day to tidy, replace towels, etc which was very nice. The parking on site was easy to access. As well there is a mall close by if needed.
The staff were all very kind and friendly! We would stay here again.

We have used this hotel everytime we have visited Diyarbakir. This time was the last. The hotel really need renovation. Many things were broken, and the room was dirty. There havent been cleaned properly for a long time. I washed off some of the dirt to make it berable the 2 weeks we were going to stay there. There should also bern sound isolating between the rooms. You can hear the people in the room next door talk. (And when they use the bathroom 🙄)
This hotel is dirty and not well maintained. There is plenty of other hotels to choose from in Diyarbakir so we will defenetly do that the next time.

2 gece konakladık. Oda ve temizlik fena değil. Kahvaltı vasatın altında. Check out yaparken küçük havluda kahve lekesi olduğu için 50 tl ücret aldılar. Odalarda peçete olmadığından masaya damlayan birkaç damla kahveyi çıkarken havluyla silmiştim. Ayrıca çift kişilik odalarda sadece 1 adet küçük su bulunuyor! Müşteri memnuniyeti geliştirilmeli!
