Hotel The hotel was well maintained with a beautiful garden and beach bar. Room The room was luxerious and well maintained. With all aminities needed available. Beach / pool Beach and pool are nice. The beach was clean and we enjoyed the beach bar. Food Food was delicious. Every day there was something new we enjoyed. The food was very well prepared and the staff was very clean. We liked the fact they put a bottle of water by every table. Service Service was very good. They paid a lot of attention to us the clients. When we arrived the reception was doing the paperwork while they told us to go and have lunch in the restaurant. From the beginning to the ending the service was very good. The rooms were made very clean by the staff.

I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.

We spent 10 days in this hotel and we have mixed feelings about it. Let’s see the positive and negative things. They have several pools amongst which a sea water pool, which is great. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and you remain within the resort. There is a bar at the beach where you can still enjoy the main beverages included in the all inclusive package. The beach is beautiful. White sweet sands, warm waters. Green alga are removed daily at dawn. Coming back to the pool, most people reserve their seats with their towels even though there are notice not to do so. If you use the white towel from your room, it will be removed by the staff so you might think about using yours or one of the towels they provide you for a 10-euro deposit. The staff at the restaurant and at the reception are helpful and very friendly. A special thanks to them as they always gave us support and advice when needed. The rooms are outdated but clean. The only glitch is the air conditioning system. It does not work properly. We could never have a temperature inferior to 26 / 27 degrees in the room. So if you cannot sleep if it is too warm, you might consider not choosing this hotel at least in summer. The food they serve at the main restaurant is not international food. It is mainly local. You get warm vegetables and some meats (liver, lamb) with a lot of fat. There is fish but always with bones. Whenever there are hamburgers (twice in 10 days), burritos (twice in 10 days) or French fries (nearly every day), everybody queue for these. Same for pasta, most people were queueing every day for it. Desserts are pastries and if you want to get one with chocolate, think about taking it already when you arrive in the restaurant because there are not always refilled. Otherwise they also have three types of ice cream but in ten days, we never had vanilla ice cream. The fruit offer at breakfast was very poor. Oranges, apples, pears and dattes. Not very exotic fruit… Sometimes you have watermelon or melon. For fruit but also for other dishes, there are often no spoon or fork available to help oneself. You will see that cutlery might be a challenge sometimes. In ten days, we never saw a small spoon to eat our desserts. The only spoons you can find are located next to the big bowl of soup. If you need one for your dessert, go there. Even for ice cream, they only provide small wooden stick to eat it. You might find cutlery in the drawers of the white cupboards in the restaurant or take the food with your hands. This is one of the most frustrating things we experienced in this hotel. I saw several tourists complaining about the lack of cutlery but with no effect. I also saw several times kitchen staff arranging the food with their bare hands, no gloves in sight. Hygiene does not seem to be the priority over there. You can book your dinner at the other restaurant, the Mida. Food is a bit better there. That is the only place where we got a beefsteak (only once in 10 days). The

Clean hotel , Fresh and much variety meals , well maintained, remarkable Garden , huge to walk, practice sport and to feel comfortable during stay. Best holiday in djerba plaza Frist i want to thank the animation team they wear so good with us excepcional momo were too gentil with us , so our room it was beautiful as we saw it in the pics with nice view and really the food was so tasty and sea was so beautiful.
