We spent 10 days in this hotel and we have mixed feelings about it. Let’s see the positive and negative things. They have several pools amongst which a sea water pool, which is great. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and you remain within the resort. There is a bar at the beach where you can still enjoy the main beverages included in the all inclusive package. The beach is beautiful. White sweet sands, warm waters. Green alga are removed daily at dawn. Coming back to the pool, most people reserve their seats with their towels even though there are notice not to do so. If you use the white towel from your room, it will be removed by the staff so you might think about using yours or one of the towels they provide you for a 10-euro deposit. The staff at the restaurant and at the reception are helpful and very friendly. A special thanks to them as they always gave us support and advice when needed. The rooms are outdated but clean. The only glitch is the air conditioning system. It does not work properly. We could never have a temperature inferior to 26 / 27 degrees in the room. So if you cannot sleep if it is too warm, you might consider not choosing this hotel at least in summer. The food they serve at the main restaurant is not international food. It is mainly local. You get warm vegetables and some meats (liver, lamb) with a lot of fat. There is fish but always with bones. Whenever there are hamburgers (twice in 10 days), burritos (twice in 10 days) or French fries (nearly every day), everybody queue for these. Same for pasta, most people were queueing every day for it. Desserts are pastries and if you want to get one with chocolate, think about taking it already when you arrive in the restaurant because there are not always refilled. Otherwise they also have three types of ice cream but in ten days, we never had vanilla ice cream. The fruit offer at breakfast was very poor. Oranges, apples, pears and dattes. Not very exotic fruit… Sometimes you have watermelon or melon. For fruit but also for other dishes, there are often no spoon or fork available to help oneself. You will see that cutlery might be a challenge sometimes. In ten days, we never saw a small spoon to eat our desserts. The only spoons you can find are located next to the big bowl of soup. If you need one for your dessert, go there. Even for ice cream, they only provide small wooden stick to eat it. You might find cutlery in the drawers of the white cupboards in the restaurant or take the food with your hands. This is one of the most frustrating things we experienced in this hotel. I saw several tourists complaining about the lack of cutlery but with no effect. I also saw several times kitchen staff arranging the food with their bare hands, no gloves in sight. Hygiene does not seem to be the priority over there. You can book your dinner at the other restaurant, the Mida. Food is a bit better there. That is the only place where we got a beefsteak (only once in 10 days). The
