Chambre avec sdb remplie de moisissures, après une douche il y a plein d'eaux partout. Nourriture médiocre et tiède. L'entretien de chambre déplorable La plage est un dépotoir. Hôtel très mauvais reconnu par les chauffeurs de taxi et certains employés de l'hôtel.

Dienstleister sehen anders aus! ...deutsch geht, wenn Trinkgeld gegeben wird. Allerdings ist keine große Lust vorhanden, mal nen Tisch abzuwischen oder jemanden zu bedienen! Am besten, man holt sich alles selbst, wenn was dasteht und man räumt natürlich auch alles selbst weg, sonst steht das am nächsten Tag noch rum. Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage schon lange hinter sich...schmutzig und defekte Sachen, die Animation versucht ihr Bestes, aber alles etwas übertrieben und immer das Gleiche! Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, toll wäre es, wenn Scherben und Plastikmüll nicht nur auf nem haufen aufgeschüttet wäre. Echt schade, hätte ein schöner Urlaub werden sollen!!!!

Hôtel de charme et pied dans l’eau extraordinaire (après une fermeture de 5ans et a réouvert il y a 2ans) Seul hôtel 4 étoiles avoir la climatisation jusqu’au 15octobre( exception pour moi jusqu’au 17) chambre spacieuse au RDC vue mer tres calme ( literie 220X200M au Top) ménage fait tous les jours et serviettes changés idem. Restauration le matin les viennoiseries très très bonnes le midi et soir des plats tous les jours différents et très très bon. Très belle piscine ( intérieur et extérieur) vue sur la mer . Une plage exceptionnelle très spacieuse transats éloignées des uns des autres c’est un luxe de nos jours avec la mer qui se rapproche peu à peu.Parties communes de l’hôtel toujours impeccable ménage fait tout les jours. - la gouvernante, hommes et femmes de chambre au TOP. - responsable de restauration et les 2 frères serveurs au TOP pour les autres soyez souriants et aimables. - responsable de réception au TOP pour les autres réceptionnistes soyez serviables pour commander des Taxis pour nous clients vous aurez des pourboires. - Les animateurs seul inconvénients ARRÊTEZ DE NOUS METTRE LA SONO A FOND DU MATIN AU SOIR ( Nous clients avons besoins de repos) - Le Directeur au TOP , Je tenais à le remercier de son écoute et de son efficacité à mon égard et aux autres clients.je conseil cet Hôtel de tres bon rapport Qualité Prix.

Da Diabetikerin trinke ich seid 30Jahren nur Wasser, kein Alkohol oder süße Getränke. Bekam kein Flaschen Wasser da keine 5€ Trinkgeld gegeben.Trinkwasser Behälter schmeckte stark nach Chlor konnte es nicht trinken. Milch war ein scheußliches Wasser gemisch.Kakao war durchsichtiges Getränk. Kein Toilettenpapier zeitweise Seife oder Shampoo auf Zimmer. Zimmerreinigung nur oberflächlich. Toilettensitz defekt. Strandbar bestand aus Holzhütte in der 1 Flasche Cola, Fanta und süße Getränke standen als Selbstbedienung. Funktion 2 Tage. Dann immer geschlossen bei 36c Temperatur. Mussten erst dreckige Teller abräumen und uns Bestecke holen bis wir uns zum Essen setzen konnten. Falls Keller Teller abräumte fielen Essensreste von Teller auf Tisch welche er liegen liess. Jeden Tag dasselbe essen. Abends jeden Tag dieselbe Musik. 1 Flasche Wasser bekam man erst um 22:00 abends. Bekamen Herpes am Mund da unsaubere Gläser. Andere Gäste kauften Wasser im Nächsten Supermarkt. Kellner verlangte 5€ nachmittags für 1 Flasche Wasser bei anderen Gästen. HOTEL zu 1000% N I C H T zu empfehlen.

Regular the service at every bar is a bad experience then they never have red or white wine every night they run off of wine and the internet is very bad do dont go there if you need a constant internet conexion!!! U need to be always in the lobby…. The rooms are clean but the food is repetitive The sad thing is that the service feels like is an obligation for the bar tenders with bad manners. Be carefull about choosing your room because if you are next to the animation place you will not sleep.
