The concierge service is helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is diligent and set for afternoon tidying up and replenishing supplies while setting the room for evening when I was back from meetings. The seaside pool area and outdoor seating and dining areas are a plus.

The hospitality provided by Staff is over whelming. They are very friendly and makes you feel at home. It's phenomenal to see and experience the same set of standards maintained over years and the best part is, the staff always welcome you with a BIG 😊. The staff specially Ms. Aicha, Ms.Hayat in Cafe Arta are so welcoming and very helpful. God bless them and Hope to experience the same in years to come.

Moi et mon mari avons passé le meilleur séjour. c'était formidable accueil chaleureux, Aïcha de la réception ce très bien occupé de nous très attractif, souriante. Le Petit déjeuner était fantastique. Piscine privée calmé.au niveau du spa c'était magique.

I have very good expérience in this hôtel. Confortable room and clean i sent spécial thanks to Hasfa i like the way she take care of me. Staff very helpfull the receptionist Aicha was so Kind she help me with my work paper and I lot of things thanks to her.

Nous avons mangé le midi avec mes amis au resto tantazonie. Je ne savais pas quoi manger et Mme HODAN nous a conseillé de prendre le POISSON DU JOUR avec son accompagnement. C’était délicieux ,vraiment nous avons adorer le plat je vous conseille à 1000&%. Elle nous a également proposé un tiramisu comme désert et nous avons fini notre repas avec un bon café. Je conseille fortement de visiter ce restaurant à kempinski. Je remercie énormément à madame HODAN pour son meilleur service de qualité. J’ai conseiller à mes collègues d’essayer ce plat et surtout de suivre le conseille en Or de HODAN car elle connais tout le plat.

Ottimo Hotel sul mare, dotato di piscina, palestra. Molto buona la pizza all’interno del ristorante italiano. Cotta con forno a legna. Tutto buono al buffet. Personale sempre gentile e cordiale. Quasi tutti parlano inglese. Parcheggio gratuito

I had a good Time with my work collègues. WE had dinner at the Italian restaurant, their Dish was delicious, WE had a qualité. Their service is top Amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Thanks toi HODAN for her warm welcom, her Dynamism and her service quality.

Very comfortable bed and great facilities (spa, pools, etc.). Breakfast offer is full of options, same for the lunch buffet. The staff is really nice and welcoming! The bathtub water is not hot enough to enjoy a bath, that’s the only disappoin**ent for me.
