I have stayed at this hotel twice now and can say for the price it's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Apart from the doorman the staff are rude, obnoxious, unfriendly and very arrogant. For such an expensive hotel to not even be provided with 1 bottle of water in your room is shocking. Breakfast is at best average, cold and the coffee machine serves like warm tasteless coffee at an excruciating slow pace. Being asked 3 or 4 times to confirm your room number at breakfast is standard and the aircon in the room is great if all you want is hot air. Lastly the entrance door which requires shoulders like boulders and the strength of Samsom to open due to the bizzare climate control system this horrendous establishment uses. Avoid is my reccomend action.

Отличный отель. ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНЫЙ персонал, который компенсирует недочеты администрации. Понятные, удобные номера. Чистая постель и удобная сантехника. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Устойчивый интернет. Отличные завтраки a la carte, даже ту мач. Наверно самые щедрые в Днепре. Ну и сам ресторан. Очень удобно проводить встречи. Чековался поздно вечером почти в 24 часа, не работал ни бар ни ресторан. На рецепции был какой-то выносной бар, по не скромным ценам. В номере не было нормального объема питьевой воды. Ресторан или бар нашел в городе. Спасибо персонал, помог с водой. (понимаю - ковид, но другие отели предоставляют услуги.) Как по мне, хватило бы легкого вина и снек.
