Cozy and well equipped such as hot clothes dryer and temp controller in bathroom, but the hotel seems not soundproof well.

L'hotel è molto curato e pulito nelle zone comuni, la lounge è elegante e confortevole, la cucina e poco varia ma di buona qualità. Quello che mi ha deluso profondamente, ahimé, è la pulizia della camera. Nei 4 giorni di pernottamento, la pulizia si riduceva al semplice cambio asciugamani e cestini dell'immondizia. Il letto veniva soltanto coperto e le lenzuola restavano puntualmente sgualcite, eventuali stoviglie utilizzate non venivano portate via, finendo per accumularsi giorno dopo giorno. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata era praticamente inesistente e il frigorifero poco più che tiepido.
Un peccato, se si considera che eravamo tornati con piacere in questo hotel.

Clogged drains in the shower, leaky tap. Tiny little sachet of liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Broken handle on the window. TV remote control hardly works. Breakfast is ok.

This place is very comfortable very clean it’s quiet it’s just nice all the way around. If I come to Ukraine again I will definitely be here again as I was two years ago. They accommodated me two years ago that’s why I’m back here now.

Staff needs to be trained better - ignorance and mot professionalism. - very disappointed and will be looking for other options next time in Dnipro

Could not find ********** reservation. Difficult to find ********** phone number for support. Online chat slow to answer. Hotel eventually got call from ********** but wanted email co formation. Hotel reception terminated phone call! Eventually found the original booking email. 45 minutes wasted.
Shower in room had rain flow and handheld shower. Rain flow head leaked out of side - was broken. As hand held shower did not work either, I had to shower with on hand holding broken parts together.
Staff in bar were friendly and helpful. Snack food we had was good. Internet worked well.

Люксовий номер, у якому відсутні капці, питна вода в пляшках, капсули з кавою для кавоварки, порожній бар-холодильник, відвалюється кран в душі, забитий сток, поламана кришка у чайнику, жахлива шумоізоляція.

Премьер отель Абри находится вдалеке от центра города. Гостиница разместилась в отдельно стоящем здании и предлагает сервис уровня 4 звезды. Бронировал стандартный номер. В целом все было на хорошем уровне: удобная двуспальная кровать, рабочий стол с доступными розетками, неплохо оборудованная ванная комната, сейф, халат, тапочки, набор для приготовления чая/кофе и т.д. В стоимость входит охраняемый паркинг и завтрак «шведский стол», который в этот раз оказался немного хуже, чем до этого. Шумоизоляция номера оставляет желать лучшего и если в этот раз из коридора особого шума не было, то вот что происходило в соседнем номере было отлично слышно. В целом неплохой отель, но есть нюансы.
