The resort was very well kept and beautiful. The room was nice. But the refrigerator was very small and not up to standard. The service at the restaurant , club and exotically pool is absolutely terrible. I would say the waiters at the pool are the worst I have ever seen. I don’t recommend this resort to anyone who expects good service

2 stars for territory and location only. -1 star for cheating in menu. Salmon cream soup without a piece of salmon. Drinks in menu are different ml but all served in the same glasses. -1 restaurant manager didn’t call us to discuss and solve a problem with drinks cheating. -1 for high price comparable to low level of service. Air conditioning in a room is so loud as well. Pool area is so small for all guests from outside of resort who are allowed to come over for day stay and people who actually stay in a hotel. Fight for a place. Who would you allow someone from outside take a sun bed if you know how many guests you have in a hotel? Also pool is mostly for gold diggers (on weekends) and kids. Not gonna rest in such kind of company. Stuff lies, poor breakfast choice, food in a restaurant is average, pool and beach area didn’t work, bars didn’t work. Really not worth money and time. It was quite bad choice to stay here.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Was recommended this hotel as a nice relaxing place for the family. It’s not relaxing nor comfortable. And I don’t even know where to start. First, we specifically asked for a room away from the disco and were reassured prior to booking that our room is far away from the disco. Guess there are simply no rooms where you can not hear cheap head bouncing music from. After traveling almost 800 km this was a nightmare experience. When called reception, I was informed that the club is open until the last guest standing. WHAT!!!! You either have a club or a hotel. Combining two and not having a closing hour for a club is a disgrace. The food at restaurants is inedible at a cost of most expensive London restaurants but the quality or the service are non existent. The rooms are designed to have a cheap overnight stay after the drunken night and if they were advertised that way that would be appropriate. The shower smells of sewage, the pillows are hard solid and simply impossible to sleep in. If you want to have a crazy party night with the bed to crash into this is your place. Otherwise avoid

Цены подняли, а поддержка клиентов опустилась. Обратилась по телефону 03.08.32 в отдел бронирования с просьбой о помощи организовать для нас удобный вид бронирования и оплаты, так как в даты нашего визита у нас день рождения и на сайте у Бартоломео акция “all inclusive” при заказе на сайте нет возможности применить Ваши предложения лояльности, и чтоб воспользоваться Этими акциями мне нужно сделать три манипуляции с кредитной картой и три манипуляции процесса ( позвонить- дождаться ответа, забронировать на сайте, затем опять позвонить и подтвердить, забронировать по телефону alll inclusive и день рождение, и снова вернуться на сайт и забронировать на сайте оставшиеся 4 ночи). В итоге помощи в упрощении операций мы не получили, а получили только увеличение цены, так как в качестве помощи , администратор Екатерина предложила не переживать и не торопиться, что номер заблокируют под нас с 13-23.08 и оплату на веб-сайте 19-23.08 мы сделаем по прибытию, но администратор не уточнила, что цену за 19-23.08 она нам не фиксирует. В итоге, 05.08, цена вдруг увеличилась, я связалась отделом бронирования утром 05.08, объяснила ситуацию, на что мне ответили, что цена будет увеличенная, в связи с каким-то концертом, когда при концертах цена по-моему мнению должна быть уменьшена, так как шум от концерта мешает отдыхать ночью. Я попросила уточнить у вправляющего, написала письмо управляющему, и мне тоже было отказано в цене по которой я бронировала.

It is what it is. This is an aging facility, slowly being upgraded. It is a solid 3.5 star resort complex. Our room was not well cleaned, there was hair in the shower and basin, and the floor was not clean. However, it is what it is. If you are looking for a good value stay, with restaurants onsite, and the ability to relax and enjoy time with family, or friends, Bartolomeo is the only property of its kind near Dnipro centre. It is on the river, staff are generally very friendly, and english is never an issue. Better attention needs to be paid to cleaning, and in winter, the heating in a room should be turned on in anticipation of the guests arriving.

I like the room. Spacious.
Food in Bartolomeo is terrible. Low quality and quantity with a very high price. Better stay there and eat outside.
