It needs to be made very clear on all websites that the property will put a $100 hold on your debit cards. Microwaves need to be put in the rooms as well.

This place needs an experienced bar manager. I asked for a martini and the vermouth was locked up and the tender had no key, also out of olives. They were out of whisky’s and Sweet vermouth so manhattans were out. The shelves had 5 empty whiskey bottles. Totally ridiculous!

On Sunday restaurant and bar not open. Hotel processes a pending $100 charge on your credit card and you have to trust them to reverse it. At 6 AM a wake up alarm that I did not set woke me up. Too many other options nearby. I’ll stay somewhere else

Very comfortable and clean. Nice decor. The only complaint is the lighting, especially the bathroom. Very dim to get makeup on. The rest of the room you would have to turn every lamp on if you wanted normal lighting.

Check in rep was polite but distant. I was led to believe there was a complimentary breakfast; but instead pay to order.

The front desk ladies were nice but didn’t have complementary coffee ready in the morning like we were told, room 117 the heater was apart and not working, we were so tired I didn’t complain until check out, also the bathroom sink water in rooms 117 and 119 hardly had any water pressure, no extra amenities, and for the price I thought it was too high
