My Sister and I had an amazing time in Element city. All the staff were very helpful. The receptionist were fantastic. Sadik & rest of the staff were excellent.
The location was excellent very central and close to a city centre mall where you can literally get almost everything you need. The apt hotel Is well kept and maintained . The only thing we weren’t too keen about was the breakfast. No variety to choose from.

Приятный чистый и огромный номер-апарты, красивая локация, в деловом центре. Вид на море частично 😍 У меня был 19 этаж) Сотрудники вежливые всеее, всегда готовы помочь! Завтрак вкусный, но…. Вообще не разнообразный(
По факту, только, омлет, пару видов колбас, пару видов сыров, каша, хлопья, салаты, хумус и напитки, но, как говорится, голодным не останешься)
Персонал быстро реагирует на просьбы, фен нужно запрашивать, через 2 минуты фен уже был у меня)

The hotel is close to a large shopping mall where different kinds of restaurants can be found, within 5 mins walking distance.
The service is excellent, the staff is very nice and helpful.
There is a gym and a swimming pool. I think the gym is 24/7, the gym facilities is ok as a hotel. The pool is not big though, good enough for relaxing.
The breakfast is not great, not many options of food but serving till 10:30am so can enjoy even waking up late. Sometimes I went to the shopping mall for other foods as breakfast.

Location excellent, just a few minutes walk from City Centre Mall, an enormous shopping centre which opens till late with a huge variety of shops, restaurants and kids playing zones.
The room size is very reasonable, with a well equipped kitchen. There's also a small indoor swimming pool, with not many people using it, it felt like a private pool which is great.
