The hotel is located in a good area, which is a plus. However, there are several areas that need serious improvement. There is no underground parking available, which can be inconvenient for guests with vehicles.
The reception area feels outdated and not well-maintained. Even basic facilities like a trolley (dolly) to carry luggage were not available, so I had to carry everything upstairs myself. Inside the hotel, most of the carpet looks extremely old and worn out—honestly, it’s in a condition that I wouldn’t even keep at home.
The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, most of the items inside were very old, including the pillows, bedsheets, and towels. I didn’t feel comfortable using the towel or even the pillow due to their poor condition. The bathroom also didn’t feel like a hotel bathroom; it looked more like a basic villa setup.
I sincerely request the hotel management and chairman to consider fully renovating the hotel and replacing outdated furniture and amenities for a better guest experience.

For the price this was a decent hotel. It’s location is close to the airport and you get an apartment, the staff is incredibly friendly and there is a store across the street to get important items. I recommend this hotel 100% for a layover but nothing else.
For a layover it’s great, for a vacation not so much.

He did not let us in under the pretext that the checkout time was 3 am. After we showed him the reservation and the checkout time, he did not show any interest and said that there is no accommodation for you here. We called the police and the police told us that the checkout time was noon and not 3 am. When the police arrived, he said that he did not have a room available and that he did not have any money. If you want to get your money back, contact the program.

Very Bad Experience...The hotel condition was very bad, not properly maintained, staff was very rude and not polite. They don't know the basic manners and how to respect their customer. Zero hospitality knowledge. Very poor service. The AC was leaking, plumbing system full leaking and water stuck in the washing basin. The window was full dirt and too much dust.. Terrible experience.

I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was a disaster. There was dust everywhere, including on the furniture and even the carpet. It was clear that no maintenance or cleaning had been done for a while. The carpet was full of dirt, and the window could not be opened, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. The lack of proper hygiene was appalling. Things got worse during check-out. Despite having already paid for my stay, I was charged additional fees without any clear explanation. When I questioned it, the staff became rude and unprofessional, offering no apology or explanation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service makes it a place to avoid. Definitely not worth the money.

Bad experience, will never stay this kind of hotel again. No hygiene, no basic facilities, etc. The hotel is required basic maintenance as plumbing is leaked. The windows cannot open and dirty. Too much dust and dirty and it covered by carpet and curtains. No proper customer service support. Poor service. They charge room rate as per their wish and adding additional charge when we check out. They will not mentioned during check out time,, Be careful.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Majestic Hotel. The hygiene was unacceptable, with unclean rooms and bathroom facilities. On top of that, the room rates were constantly changing, which felt unfair and unprofessional. The poor service and behavior of staff (unprofessional) and lacked basic hospitality. Overall, there was no sense of customer care or professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
