Amazing hotel, very clean and lovely staff, always someone to help with needs, quite central so can get pretty much everywhere with a cheap uber!
100% plan to stay again next year with my family, amazing, could not get any better!

The hotel is good but I was not happy in booking through Trip.com as they did not provide sufficient information such as details of the room and we had to suffer at the Hotel at the time of check in while the Hotel did their best in supporting our requirements

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment at Steigenberger Residence Doha and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was very spacious, modern, and well-maintained, perfect for a family stay.
What really stood out was the exceptional service across the entire team. Everyone from the pool and gym staff to the spa, concierge, and the valet parking team was consistently professional, friendly, and eager to help.
Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Doha.

I would not advise Steigenberger residence Doha. Sometimes we encounter a situation which makes it impossible to reach the destination, in this case a transit Visa, and the hotel just keeps all the money. We stay in hotels often and had other hotels that always tried to think together to find a solution, but Steigenberger residence Doha is not one of them.

It was an extremely pleasant stay at the Residences! From the arrival down to the departure, everybody was so accommodating.
Special thanks to Jamil from the Bell team who was there with us upon arrival and our departure as well ensuring that we were well taken care of. I came across different people in Reception and they were all so kind but it is unfortunate that I was unable to get all of their names. The housekeeping team did an outstanding service each time they came to make up the room and it made our stay much more comfortable.
Thank you to the entire Steigenberger team for taking care of my family for their first time in Doha! I would definitely come back here if given the chance to ＜3
