Need well organization and arrangement specially if there is event such as sport game. As the hotel management loose control of the booking and not maintained the good service

When I arrived at the room, I saw that it was not tidied up. Everyone was dumbfounded because they had not encountered this kind of situation for a long, long, long time. Then I changed rooms with the front desk and went to the new room. As soon as I entered the door, I saw a full ashtray... The front desk asked people to clean it on the spot, but I still felt very uncomfortable! When I checked out, I had to wait there for ten minutes for them to check the room before I could check out and refund the deposit. Why didn't I see the inspection when I checked in? I'm really convinced.
