I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a regret that we hosted a company suhoor at The Four Seasons Hotel. It was so embarrassing that all our invited guests including VIPs, and employees had to experience such bad service and very poor quality of food with our hosted event, this stained our company’s reputation. The experience we had was not the level of service we paid for. The buffet package was QAR 200/- per person but the food in the buffet seems like leftovers, it was not served and presented as expected from a five-star dining restaurant. The quality and taste of the food was bland, it was actually very bad and no taste at all! The sample food presented to us beforehand was way far from the food served on the actual event - not even reached 20% of the quality. The most shameful part was our invited VIP guests instantly commented about the food and the services, it made us feel cheap and as if we were the lowest ranked company that cannot afford to host a decent event – which will never be acceptable! We are a reputable company but unfortunately, we trusted to an unreliable organization like the Four Seasons Hotel, the only mistake we had made. Not only that, their customer service after we raised a complaint was also unbelievably awful coming from a five-star hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel did not fulfill and respect the commitments they had agreed with us. They are not the partner hotel you wished to celebrate a special occasion like this. This is a lesson for our company, I would not wish any companies to experience the same.
