Everything was ok. Shuttle bus was on time. Restaurant and supermarket also near the hotel, walking distance only.

I stopped here for two nights en route back to my home in Malaysia. I arrived late, tired and utterly drained plus walking on crutches after surgery.
Chris the doorman welcomed me and got my luggage to my room all with a smile and the young lady on reception (01.00am on morning of 13th July) made sure to ask all the questions to ensure my obvious disability issues were helped.
A late check out was easily given but I want to highlight that I had my absolute best nights sleep in over 6 months and most definitely since my operation 2 weeks ago.

We booked last-minute for an unexpected layover in Doha (so we had no expectations and needed a place close to the airport), in the end we were pleasantly surprised: nice hotel with kind staff, quite close to the airport (10 min drive with free shuttle bus) and easy to get to the city-center by taxi.

Receptionist is helpful and friendly. One feedback is the hair dryer, would be better to have on/off button. Otherwise it's challenging for people with smaller hands.

The hotel airport pick up service is on schedule first is 6:30am and second is 9:30am, I arrived in between and was told by the hotel to take taxi to the hotel, hence the pick up service is very minimal.
